How it works

Less searching. More awareness.

Novacq Alerts is built around one simple idea: landowners should have an easier way to see reported regulatory activity near the land they care about.

STEP 01 / REGISTER

Create your account & add your land

Sign up and enter your Alberta legal land location and a monitoring radius. Locations are checked against the Alberta Township System.

STEP 02 / MAP

See nearby activity

Your live map shows public Alberta Energy Regulator permitting activity near the land you monitor, drawn directly from public records.

STEP 03 / UNDERSTAND

Know what was reported

Each item explains the notice, links the official AER source and surfaces published Statement of Concern deadlines when available. Automated email alerts are coming soon.

Not just another notification

An alert should tell you what matters.

A useful alert does more than say a regulatory notice exists. It helps you understand the type of application, the reported location, the published deadline and where the official record can be found.

⌖
Property-aware context

Matches supported public notices to the land locations you choose to monitor.

≡
Plain-language explanations

Understand what the published application says, without decoding regulatory wording alone.

◷
Deadline visibility

See published Statement of Concern deadlines when present, with a link to the official source.

What types of activity are shown?

The map draws on supported Alberta public regulatory records, including relevant Alberta Energy Regulator permitting activity. Coverage depends on what is published and is explained with its limits.

Will Novacq replace official AER notices?

No. Novacq Alerts is an independent information service. Official regulatory records and legally applicable notice requirements remain with the relevant authorities.

Will every activity near my land appear?

No service can promise that. Coverage depends on published data, available locations, update frequency and matching accuracy. Those limits are stated clearly.

Can I register more than one property?

Register the location most important to you first. Support for monitoring additional properties will expand as the service grows.

Novacq Alerts is an independent information and monitoring service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Alberta Energy Regulator. It does not provide legal advice or guarantee complete coverage of regulatory activity.
